Easy Espresso Martini

This is a rich, creamy and indulgent cocktail to serve for guests or just enjoy with dinner. Best of all it is so easy to make.

Espresso Maritni

Ingredients

• 2 ounces of Irish cream liqueur (Check out this blog for 6 best Irish Cream Liqueurs)

• 2 ounces of freshly brewed Bosco's Italian Dark or French Maximo Roast coffee (Cooled)

• 1 ounce of vodka (We prefer Grey Goose.)

• 1 ounce simple syrup (equal parts water and sugar)

• 3 coffee beans (optional for decoration)

• Ice (optional)

Tip: keep vodka in the freezer for that perfect chill.

Directions

1. Brew the coffee and let it cool

2. Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker or blender bottle and shake to mix the cocktail

3. Poor into martini glasses or into a glass of your choosing
